County Attorney

The Office of the County Attorney was established by the Osceola County Home Rule Charter and the County Attorney reports directly to the Board of County Commissioners. The County Attorney provides legal counsel for the Board of County Commissioners, files and defends lawsuits on behalf of the County Commission, and assists in the preparation and implementation of all ordinances, codes and resolutions adopted by the Board.
