It is the vision of Osceola County Emergency Services to be progressive in all aspects and to provide the highest levels of service to the residents and visitors of Osceola County by:
- Placement of stations, equipment and personnel to meet the growing needs of the County;
- Adopting service standards that incorporate response times comparable to or less than the national average in urban and suburban areas;
- Providing outstanding pre-hospital care that exceeds the routine standard of care;
- Assuring that residents and structures are safe and meet established codes through an aggressive inspection process;
- Providing the best possible planning, delivery of services and mitigation during times of disaster, either natural or manmade, regardless of magnitude;
- Providing a safe and secure 911-communication system that provides critical, accurate, rapid and seamless exchange of information between the public and responders.
