As one of the largest MSTU communities, Buenaventura Lakes requires extensive stormwater management. The Osceola County Special Assessments Office oversees multiple stormwater retention areas and drainage points throughout the community, ensuring proper functionality. In addition to routine maintenance, we manage vendor contracts for mowing and aquatics services, ensuring environmental sustainability and long-term stormwater control. Regular inspections are conducted to maintain high service quality.

- Major Tree Maintenance & Pushback Projects: Conducted large-scale tree maintenance across all project areas, including vegetation pushbacks and clearance to enhance safety and accessibility.
- New Aerator System Installation – Pond L15: Installed a new aeration system to improve water circulation, support aquatic health, and enhance stormwater management.
- Ongoing Aerator Maintenance – Buenaventura Blvd: Continued routine maintenance on the aerator system to ensure optimal performance and water quality.
