Indian Wells is a vibrant community where the Osceola County Special Assessments Office provides essential maintenance and infrastructure services. Our team manages the pool and irrigation system, maintains the playground, tennis courts, basketball court, and common areas, and ensures cleanliness through routine community cleaning. Security enhancements such as gate access, access control systems, and camera monitoring improve safety. We also oversee vendor and contractual work, including mowing, cleaning, pool services, and aquatics management.

The Indian Wells MSTU was created December 20, 1984, by Osceola County Ordinance 84-12 in order to create funding to maintain the community. This includes funding for Street Lighting, Drainage & Retention of Stormwater, Common Area repair & maintenance.
