The Lindfield community benefits from maintenance of front entrance walls and signage, preserving the community’s welcoming appeal. The Osceola County Special Assessments Office also manages multiple stormwater ponds (25, 253, 254, 427, 428, 437, 774, 906) to control flooding and drainage effectively. We oversee vendor contracts for mowing, aquatics maintenance, and upkeep of the community wall to maintain its long-term integrity.
