Step 1.Identify the Source

Each agency has its own procedures for handling public records requests. Determine which department, city, or agency holds the documents you need for your request.

Step 2.Submit Your Request

Follow the specific request process for the identified source.

Step 3.Wait for Response & Pay Fees

Await confirmation and further instructions from the department or agency. If a fee is required, payments must be received in order to acquire records.

Step 4.Receive Records

Obtain and review the records once they are provided.

By Email

Step 1.Email the County Attorney Office

Please email PublicRecords@osceola.org and include:

  • The public records you wish to request
  • Your preferred method of contact information

Step 2.Wait for Response

Await confirmation of the request and any information needed to obtain records.

Step 3.Pay Fees

If a fee is required, payments must be received in order to acquire records.

Step 4.Receive Records

Obtain and review the records once they are provided.

Please call the Osceola County Attorney Office at 407-742-2395 to make a public records request over the phone.

Step 3.Pay Fees

If a fee is required, payments must be received in order to acquire records.

If you wish to submit your public records request in-person you can obtain your records in two ways:
