Storm Preparation and Safety

Ongoing hurricane debris collection

Yard Waste / Debris Collections Tips. As Osceola County cleans up vegetative debris from Hurricane Milton, you can help speed up collection by properly preparing smaller debris piles. Waste Management offers weekly yard waste collection and will collect up to 10 bags, bundles, or containers (45 gallon capacity, 50 lbs limit each) per service day. Please follow the guidelines below for compliance. Larger debris piles are being handled by our contracted debris company, which is working countywide and will reach your neighborhood soon. However, cleanup may take up to 60 days. We appreciate your patience as we continue the cleanup following Hurricane Milton.
