Pretrial Release
The goal of pretrial release (PTR) is to accurately assess defendants, determine eligibility, and provide information to the courts to facilitate appropriate releases to community supervision, improve court appearance rates and successfully supervise defendants until case disposition.

What happens if I miss a check in?
Make sure you keep track of your check in dates and always check in as scheduled. Failing to check in as scheduled is a serious violation of your PTR, which can result in a warrant for your arrest, and revocation of your PTR. If you miss a check in, you must contact your supervision officer immediately.
Can I travel out of town?
Travel out of town is permitted, however you must obtain authorization from your Community Corrections Officer or the Court if travel restrictions are imposed on your Initial Appearance order or if traveling out of the United States.
What are your hours of operation?
The Osceola County Pretrial Intake office is located at the community Corrections building 317 Church Street Kissimmee, FL 34741, the office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Closed on weekends and Holidays.
