View and Request Records

Osceola Fire Rescue & EMS maintains a variety of records. According to state law, all non-exempt state, county, and municipal records are open for anyone to inspect or copy. If a public records request requires extensive information technology resources or significant clerical help, additional fees may apply.

For details on fees, see Appendix N - Administrative Fees on our Fee Resolutions page.

Property Records

To start researching a property or permit, create a free account at permits.osceola.org. Then, search by property address or parcel ID to check for environmental concerns, Fire Code violations, and Fire Inspection reports. You may also submit a public records request to our office.

Incident Reports

Please submit your request through our online public records request form. Incident reports, which cover our response to fire or medical emergencies, typically include basic details like the type of incident, timeframe, and responding units. These reports typically do not contain sensitive medical data.

For CAD data and 911 call information, please contact the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. You can request these documents directly from the Sheriff’s Office Records page.

EMS/Billing Records

Emergency Medical Services or billing records contain information protected by local, state, or federal law. To request these records, you must provide proof of ID, a signed release, and/or other legal documents. You may begin the process by submitting a public records request form.

Subpoenas for records from Osceola County Fire Rescue & EMS must be served to the Office of the County Attorney. Subpoenas served in person, by mail, or by fax to our office on Partin Settlement Road will be directed to the County Attorney’s Office for processing.
