Please note that the payment standard includes all utilities.

Osceola County, Section 8 will be adopting Small Area Fair Market Rents (SAFMR) by ZIP codes effective January 1, 2025. Any clients moving into a unit effective January 1, 2025, will fall under Small Area Fair Market Rents. These include New Admission, Portability Move-In and Unit Transfers.

Beginning January 2026, current clients will have their re-certifications processed based on SAFMR.
