Program Benefits

This program offers rental help for up to 24 months to people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

  • Rental subsidies up to 24 months
  • Tenant preference units
  • Inspected units, quality housing
  • Case management services provided

Requirements

  • Household income must be 60% or below the Area Median Income
  • Must be a resident of Osceola County
  • Preference will be given to the elderly
  • Must meet the HUD’s definition of homelessness, or at-risk of homelessness (find definition in the Policies & Procedures document below)
