EMS Billing - Pay My Bill

Managing your Fire Rescue & EMS billing is straightforward with multiple payment options available. Choose the method that best suits your needs: online, by phone, or via mail. Online

Step 1.Visit the Payment Portal

Go to the Fire Rescue & EMS payment portal page.

Step 2.Enter Account Information

Enter your account number and zip code as shown on your bill.

Step 3.Verify Bill Details

Review your bill details to ensure accuracy.

Step 4.Enter Payment Information

Select your preferred payment method and provide your payment details.

Payments can be made with:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • E-Check from Checking Account
  • E-Check from Savings Account

Step 5.Confirm Payment

Review your payment information and confirm the transaction. 

Payments made before 8:00 PM EST will be processed by the next business day.

Step 6.Print/Save Confirmation

After completing your payment, print or save your payment confirmation for your records.

 

An email is required for online payments. If you do not have an email, please pay your bill over the phone or by sending a check via mail.

By Phone

Step 1.Call the Payment Portal

Please call Osceola County Fire Rescue & EMS's automated bill payment system services at 1-866-598-9808.

Step 2.Press 1 or 2 for Language Options

For English services, press 1. For Spanish services, press 2.

Step 3.Enter Account Information

Enter your account number followed by the # key as shown on your bill.

Step 4.Enter Payment Information

Payments can be made with:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • E-Check from Checking Account
  • E-Check from Savings Account

Payments made before 8:00 PM EST will be processed by the next business day.

 

By Mail

Step 1.Verify Bill Details

Review your bill details and account number to ensure accuracy.

Step 2.Mail Your Payment

Your bill can only be paid by check only via mail.

FAQ

Where do I get a copy of my report?

Please contact Fire Administration at 407-742-7000 for Fire Incident Reports and EMS records.

Where do I find my account number?

Your account number will be located on your Ambulance Billing Statement or Department Invoice.

What do I do if my insurance has not been billed?

You will receive a billing statement in the mail several weeks after your incident. This statement includes an insurance information form. You can complete this form and mail to:

A completed form can be fax to: 305-428-5385.

Or, you can go online to ambulancebilling.com to submit your insurance information.

Will my insurance company cover my bill?

Insurance companies will normally cover the fees for medically necessary ambulance transportation. Medicare and Medicaid require that all ambulance transportation be medically necessary or they will not pay. Should this occur, you will be responsible for the complete bill.

Why am I in collections?

If the balance on an account remains unpaid the account will be sent to an outside collection agency.
