Greater Orlando Aviation Authority: Aviation Noise Abatement

Purpose

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority: Aviation Noise Abatement Board shall make recommendations for establishing noise abatement procedures and monitor their implementation.

Appointments and Qualifications

Osceola County Commission will recommend one (1) candidate, non-aviation related, for nomination by the Board of Orange County Commissioners, who in turn will request the Aviation Authority Board to make the appointment.

Term Limits

Four Years

Meeting Frequency, Time and Location

Meetings are held the second Friday of each month at 9:30 a.m., Conference Room Lightning, GOAA Airfield Operations Building, 9076 Binnacle Way, Orlando, FL.

Citizens are welcome to apply at any time, however applications are only considered when there is a vacancy.
