Osceola County Probation
The mission of Osceola County Probation is to reduce recidivism of defendants under our jurisdiction through evidence-based practices, partnerships with community resources, and positively changing behavior. Effective supervision strategies promote successful completions of court requirements and reduce harm to the citizens of Osceola County.

Community Service Hours
You can complete your Community Service Hours at any non- profit group. (Examples include: animal rescue, homeless shelter, food pantries, churches)
You must pay your insurance fee before starting any hours. The Community Service Agreement form must also be completed.

Earn More Hours
In your intake packet, there is a list of resources that lists local food pantries who are often in need of volunteers. The following list are locations where you will receive 1 ½ hours for each hour worked, if you work a full 8 hour shift (i.e. 8 = 12) (no shorts, no sandals, no tank tops)

Probation Payments
The Osceola County Office of Probation now accepts credit and debit card payments through GovPayNet. Payments can be made in person at the Probation Department or online. GovPayNet is a third party vendor that provides a secure portal for payment of probation fees. This service provides 24 hour 7 day a week access to make payments from any internet connection.
Payments can be made for:
- Supervision fees
- Community Service Insurance fees
- Community Service Buyout fees
Date of Payments
Once you submit payment via GovPayNet, a hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount plus the service charge.
Payment made through GovPayNet will be credited to your probation case after we receive notification from GovPayNet that funds were received. It may take up to four days to post to your probation case.
Online Service Charges
GovPayNet charges a 3.5% service fee on each online transaction, with a minimum of $3.50 for payments under $100.
