Employee of the Month - August 2019

When people who are new to Osceola County go to Human Services for assistance with Section 8, they may encounter August 2019's Employee of the Month, Janet Marchand. Ms. Marchand is a compassionate and meticulous employee who does her best to make sure that new Osceola County residents are successful in finding a place to live. She was recognized for going out of her way to help a family with unique circumstances during a time of need.
