Employee of the Month - March 2019

Osceola County's Employee of the Month for March 2019 makes things move...literally. As the county's Fleet Manager, Hector Sierra Morales is in charge of the purchase, disposition, specifications and maintenance of Countywide vehicles. He leads the charge that has made Fleet Operations one of the 100 Best Fleets in the country. As an Army veteran, who served two tours in Iraq, retired Staff Sergeant Morales knows all about leadership, and what it takes to create a family environment consisting of employees who are motivated to excel in everything they do.
