Osceola News Brief - Cameron Preserve Grand Opening

County Commissioners, distinguished guests and new residents were on hand at a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the grand opening of Cameron Preserve.

Cameron Preserve is an innovative, 100-unit affordable housing complex that is a next step in “Growing Osceola’s Future.” As emphasized during the State of the County address, this complex is a milestone in building the future of our community by creating strong roots for our residents, who need the security of financially-stable and affordable housing.

Cameron Preserve is also an example of an innovative public-private partnership to solve a critical community need -- the difficult and widespread problem of scarce affordable housing. 

Cameron Preserve showcases a pioneering approach to tackling this issue by creating safe and stable homes for those transitioning from hotel living situations with a solution that makes sense for builders and property owners.
