If you would like to address the Board, provide written comments, or submit documents for the record on an item that is on the Agenda, Request to Speak/Submit Comments/Documents forms shall be submitted online by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. If you do not have access to a computer, you may leave a message on our dedicated voice mail line at (407) 742-TALK (8255) by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting.

For Consent/Public Hearing and Public Hearing Items (includes quasi-judicial items), Request to Speak forms may be completed in writing 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting or submitted online by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting.

Public Comment Meetings are designed to allow for public comment on any topic other than pending or scheduled quasi-judicial items. "Public Comment Request" forms are available via the County's website at www.osceola.org, or if a citizen does not have access to a computer, a message may be left on our dedicated voice mail line (407) 742-TALK (8255), and must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. In addition, the Public Comment Request form, or message, shall include the name, address, and the topic the individual would like to address. In the event there are no registered speakers by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting, the Public Comment Meeting will be canceled.

Per the policy of the County, the Agendas, for Board of County Commission meetings identified in the established schedule for the Fiscal Year, shall be published by midnight the Wednesday prior to a Board meeting.
