Scheduling Building Inspections

Follow the steps below to schedule an inspection for your building permit. Inspections may be scheduled up to 6:00AM on the same day.

Schedule by Text

Text Schedule to 877-525-2935. Follow the interactive prompts to schedule, cancel, reschedule, or check the results of a completed inspection.

Schedule Inspection by SelecTXT. Text Schedule to 877-525-2935. Follow the interactive prompts for entering your permit number, inspection code, and other details. You can also text Cancel to cancel an existing inspection. Reschedule to reschedule an existing inspection. Results to check the results of a completed inspection. Instructions

  • Login to the Osceola County Permit Center.
  • Hover over the Search button, and select the permit type from the drop down.
  • Type your full permit number (including the dash) in the Record Number box and press Enter to search.
  • On your permit page click Record Info and select Inspections from the drop down.
  • Click Schedule an Inspection.
  • Choose they type of inspection needed. Press Continue.
  • Select the date and time range. Press Continue.
  • Verify that the location and contact person are correct, and press Continue.
  • Include additional notes if needed and then click Finish.
  • Your inspection is now scheduled and will appear in your Upcoming inspections list.
